In this "perfect  environment” , everything was made for the needs of the employees  inside and outside the factory: there are  houses  with  courtyards,  a church, a school, , hospital, recreational clubs, theaters, swimming pool and cemetery. Here, everything was paid by the factory. This town anticipated the social system before its development, and gave  protection to the single person and the community.
